Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Sentinel Board. Because it is an instant-download digital product, please read how refunds work before you buy.

14-day satisfaction guarantee

If Sentinel Board doesn’t work as described, or it isn’t the right fit for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll issue a full refund. No need for a long explanation — a short note about what went wrong helps us improve.

To request a refund, email laura72008@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, and include your Stripe receipt or order email. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

When a refund may not apply

Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
Evidence of abuse — for example, requesting a refund after redistributing the toolkit, or repeated buy-and-refund cycles.

Digital delivery note

Sentinel Board is delivered instantly as a download. Where the law gives you a statutory right to cancel digital purchases, that right may end once the download begins; our voluntary 14-day guarantee above is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have by law.
