This policy explains what information Obsidian Orb Innovations collects when you visit this website and purchase Sentinel Board, and how we use it. We collect as little as possible.

1. Information we collect

• Purchase information. When you buy Sentinel Board, payment is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email, billing address, and card details to process the transaction. We receive a confirmation and limited order details (such as your email and the last four digits of your card) — we never receive or store your full card number.
• Email correspondence. If you email us for support, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

2. What we do not collect

This website is a static site. We do not run advertising trackers, and the Sentinel Board dashboard runs entirely in your own browser — the assessment data and reports you load into it stay on your machine and are never sent to us.

3. How we use information

• To deliver your purchase and provide the download.
• To respond to support requests.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Service providers

We rely on Stripe (payment processing) and our web host to operate this site. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy for how Stripe handles payment data.

5. Data retention

We retain order and correspondence records for as long as needed to provide support and to meet legal and tax requirements, then delete them.

6. Your rights
